ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE
Welcome to JDM21! By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or
referenced herein (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use this site. We
reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use. Please check the Terms periodically for
changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes
acceptance of those changes.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
JDM21 provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including, various communications tools, forums,
shopping services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Service").
You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are
necessary for JDM21 to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain
communications from JDM21, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the JDM21 Newsletter, and
that these communications are considered part of JDM21 membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving
them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the
release of new JDM21 properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided
"AS-IS" and that JDM21 assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user
communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access
may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees,
including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are
responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

This site may produce automated search results or otherwise link you to other sites on the Internet. These sites may
contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites are not under
the control of JDM21, and you acknowledge that JDM21 is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance,
legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites. The inclusion of such a link does not imply
endorsement of the site by JDM21 or any association with its operators.

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights,

may print or download one copy of the materials or content on this site on any single computer for your personal,
non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Systematic retrieval of data or
other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory
without written permission from JDM21 is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not
expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited.
As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements
on this site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of JDM21. Permission is granted only when certain

INTERNATIONAL USE
JDM21 makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the
United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to
access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
TERMINATION
JDM21 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without notice.
